We took a little walk.

This afternoon we went for a walk. A short walk. When we started, the sun was shining brightly, and it was warm. As we turned a corner, and the sun was no longer shining on us, I realized that the walk was not going to be as nice as I thought. So after walking for 10-15 minutes, we headed back for home.

We did pass by this house, whose chimney was so pretty.

Still Winter

And we also stopped by a bakery for latte (me), cafe au lait (josh), and a ginger molasses cookie (split).

The Met

I love museums. There is just something about them. The spaces are usually set up so fantastically, and of course the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC is one of the most impressive museums. So many great things to look at– sculptures, artifacts, paintings, etc.

Here’s a few photos of the rooftop deck at the Met (taken in Sept 2006)

Museum of Glass

Last weekend Josh and I traveled south to Tacoma to visit the Museum of Glass. You can’t take pictures inside the museum galleries, however you can on the bridge of glass. So of course I did.

Now I Can Edit Photos Again

After I got my macbook back in December, I downloaded trial versions of Photoshop and Lightroom. Annnd.. then they expired. So I’ve been without for a few weeks. A few agonizing weeks! My Photoshop CS4 arrived last week, and Lightroom today! I am so excited that I am able to edit photos again and post.

Here is the first batch.. all taken in Seattle.
